In the tests, fuel consumption improved by an average of 18.7% with the significant improvements of up to 33% at low speeds (40 to 60 km/hr), ie. the speed of most urban traffic. The tests also showed a reduction of up to 11% in output of Carbon Monoxide.

Korea (May 1995) - Tests on the M/V "Subaru"


A special marine version of the PROZONE® FuelSaver was tested on the M/V "Subaru" which was using a Yama 430hp, 6-cylinder diesel engine. In his report back to Daewoo Marine Co. Ltd., the Master wrote: "with the FuelSaver fitted we achieved a fuel saving of 10%; the smoke condition of the funnel is very good (no color); Best regards, Master"

Singapore (March 1997) - Aboard the M/V "Leisure World"


Tested on the starboard main engine of this passenger cruiser running at full speed between Malacca and Singapore, consumption was measured between 11.00 and 17.00 hours and showed a reduction in fuel consumption of 15%, equivalent to 15.42 metric tons in 24 hours. At the fuel prices prevailing at the time the saving was in excess of 1,000 US$ per day!

Thailand (July 1997) - Car World Club Magazine and The Nation (6/10/1997)

Fuel consumption figures, both before & after fitting the FuelSaver, were recorded over three months of trials on a Honda 400cc motorcycle, a Volvo 940GLT saloon car, an older-model Mitsubishi Saturn, and a diesel-powered Hino tow-truck:-

Australia (May 1997) - UltraTune, Brisbane, Queensland

SPECIFIC TESTS ON REDUCTION OF EXHAUST EMISSIONS

The PROZONE® FuelSaver was tested on a 1993 Ford Falcon vehicle with a 6-cylinder 4,100cc engine using unleaded petrol (ULP). The tests were conducted by engine performance specialists, UltraTune of Brisbane, Queensland, using a Sun chassis dynamometer and exhaust gas analyzer. At idle speed, tailpipe emissions of hydrocarbons (HC) were reduced by more than 60%, whilst carbon monoxide (CO) emissions were cut by 33%. At 80kph, an even more dramatic reduction of 95% was recorded for hydrocarbons.

United States (November 1997) - Vulcan Materials Lacon, Alabama

United Kingdom (September 1998) - Trans European Haulage Ltd

“Using a Range Rover 2.5 Liter Diesel on a 2,700 mile return journey from England to Southern Spain, we found the vehicle had more power, temperatures were slightly down, and a reading of 31 mpg was achieved ... effectively giving the vehicle a further 5 miles per gallon. We now intend to fit the FS4 units to all our vehicles presently being used for long-distance haulage."

 

Taiwan (December 1998) - Huang's Auto Workshop, Taoyuan

Tests were conducted on 4 older-model cars: a 1992 Alfa Romeo 164 3.0V6, a 1992 Mercedes Benz W124 300E, a 1985 BMW E28 520i, and a 1983 BMW E28 528l. The reductions in CO emissions were, respectively, 90%, 33%, 31%, and 17%. Fuel consumption figures improved by a maximum of 31%, 12%, 10%, and 15% respectively.
